Print orders are managed by a queue based system, which means that jobs are completed in the order they are confirmed (i.e. paid for).
Our workload changes from time to time, and similarly turn-around times may fluctuate. This is because turn around times are determined by how many jobs and the size of those jobs that are in our queue at any one time.
If you are dropshipping/printing on demand, please check our turn arounds (below) to ensure that the times you advertise on your website allow enough time for printing and delivery.
Turn arounds are in business days – they do not take weekends or holidays into account.
Printing (including test prints)
3 – 7 business days.
For orders over 50 prints, allow an extra 2 – 5 working days.
File Setup + Retouching
+ 1 business days to the printing turn around time.
Packaging (large orders only)
+ 1 business day to the printing turn around time.
Artwork Reproduction
5 – 14 business days.
The complexity and volume of your job is the determining factor – we’ll provide an ETA once we know the scope of your job. Your artwork must remain on-site for the duration,

Raw Scans
Typically next-day; 2+ business days for large bodies of work.
Raw scans are relatively quick as there is no retouching work to do. We’ll provide an ETA once we know the scope of your job.
