While our studio is based in West Auckland, we can send prints just about anywhere. We use NZ Post for national and international orders. All parcels have tracking and signature on delivery, and prices include packaging.
Our parcels are Phreon branded and can include a Phreon print care card. We also offer a basic, white-label dropshipping service for print-on-demand or you can supply / create your own branded items.
National
Includes tracking, signature on delivery and all necessary packaging materials (whether that be a flatpack or tube).
Orders of large and significantly smaller prints may be sent as multiple parcels. In such cases, a multi-parcel rate applies.
International
By quote, depending on size and destination country.
We can post your print orders to any international destination. All international parcels are sent with tracking. Please note that international postage rates are currently quite high – this is due to limited flights and COVID related emergency surcharges at present.
Dropshipping
$5 per order, in addition to postage / Courier.
Dropshipped orders will appear to be sent by you, with no trace of our branding or business details. For a more personalised touch, we can include any branded assets you supply us with.
Important: Please ensure you are aware of our order turn around times if you choose to dropship, and update your website/advise your customers accordingly. We cannot guarantee to meet any deadlines not in keeping with advertised turn around times.
