What size can we print?
Our machines are roll fed with a limit width of 60″ (1524mm) by an unlimited length. We can accomodate any size required, and not confined to standard page sizes.

How should I save my files for printing?
A print is only as good as the capture it has been printed from, with this in mind please ensure high resolution files are supplied, if you are unsure if the output quality will be good enough or you need any assistance, get in touch and we’ll be happy to help! To ensure the best possible prints, please upload files with the following specifications:
Formats: We accept Photoshop (PSD), JPEG and TIFF files for printing.
Colour Space: All files must be RGB (no CMYK) and we recommend using Adobe RGB (1998).
Resolution: Your files should ideally be at least 360dpi and must be correctly sized for the size of print that you order. Files at incorrect dimensions or aspect ratio may be cropped or distorted.

Do you add borders?
We add an approximately 40mm handling border to all finished prints. This allows for safe handling and easy framing of your prints. Also allowing for space to sign, limited and number an edition. Please specify if you require further borders for signing on the bottom edge. If you require a larger area it will be added and charged for.

How long will my order take?
Most print orders have a turnaround time of 48 hours, however larger or custom orders may take longer and will be discussed and confirmed. If your work is urgent, let us know and we will do our best to accomodate you. A rush fee will need to be incurred in this instance.

What do I need to know about colour management?
We use different profiles for every different paper we offer. Our computers are calibrated to our monitors, this insures that the image you see on (our) screen matches our prints.

What papers and canvas do you print on?
We have a range of museum grade archival papers from trusted paper merchants Hahnemühle and Ilford. We are also happy to offer custom printing on any other specific paper if required.

What payment methods do you accept?
We will send you an invoice once the job is completed. Please make payment iN A timely manner. We accept credit cards (Visa and MasterCard). If you are collecting your prints in person, you are also welcome to pay cash.

How will my prints ship?
We ship New Zealand wide. By arrangement, we can also dispatch prints via your chosen courier, as well as internationally.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping.

How do I handle fine art prints?
We recommend the following precautions when handling fine art prints:
Keep handling to a minimum. Where possible, use cotton gloves to avoid the absorption of oils and/or marks from your fingers. To avoid damaging the printed surface, do not place the printed side face down on any surface or object.
Do not expose your print to extreme temperatures or humidity.

How should I store my prints?
Long term storage of unframed prints should be controlled for both humidity and temperature. Ideal conditions are 15-30 degrees and 30-55% relative humidity.
