Phreon has been working on one of our own pieces.
We photographed a Tahitian U'u we have and after a little work printed it out to clear film for a screen to be made. (all in house)

A 1:1 size screen printed foil with screen print detailing ontop. Approx 1200 high x 300mm wide. Screen printed adhesive base (multiple times) then heat-transfers foil (silver, copper & gold versions).

Once that's done, its set back up on the press where we screen print the image over top of our foil area in (near) perfect registration to the foil underneath.

Hard to show the depth the foil gives in the photos but looks great in person. We stock foils in most colours... Gold, silver, Emerald Green, pinks, reds to name a few....
